Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by meeting/exceeding daily targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute inventory management including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store appearance and operational standards
- Participate in quarterly sales contests with bonus incentives
- Complete nightly closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
Qualifications
