Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual standards and inventory accuracy.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales or retail is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
