Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet/exceed monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
