Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers arriving during evening hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the sales floor is organized and stocked.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to manage inventory levels and prepare for the next business day.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and promoting store promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
