Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Manage inventory through nightly stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Execute floor plans and promotional campaigns to maximize sales conversion
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations and security protocols
- Train and mentor new associates on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets in team environments
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
