Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and actively engage them to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales goals through effective upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system, ensuring all discounts and promotions are applied correctly.
- Store Presentation: Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring the sales floor is organized, clean, and inviting.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and handling returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible hours including early mornings or late evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed performance targets.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
