Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Process returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction and company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
