Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by achieving daily/monthly targets and upselling premium products
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain compelling store displays
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or sales role with proven track record
- Expertise in consultative selling and customer relationship building
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Strong numerical skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
