Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and processing sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
