Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to determine their specific needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from arrival to checkout.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
