Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to assess needs and recommend products that maximize revenue.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Merchandising: Maintain a pristine sales floor, organize displays, and ensure inventory is stocked and ready for the night rush.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory turnover.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor frequently.
