Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, explaining features, and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
