- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with weekday team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new categories quickly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math aptitude
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
