Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their lifestyle.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Customer Experience: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at the point of sale and throughout the store.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
