As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue through exceptional customer service and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that drive revenue and meet daily sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and store managers to ensure operational efficiency and a positive work environment.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a compliant and secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales-driven roles preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- Tools: Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
