Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound communication channels to identify sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Accurately record customer information and sales transactions in the company CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any product or service inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local field visits (if applicable).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
