Responsibilities

- Drive sales goals by actively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services.
- Manage the sales floor, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a pristine store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle returns/exchanges.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and special events.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a reliable schedule.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bonuses.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
