Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and product demonstrations
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Manage inventory and merchandising standards to maximize visual appeal
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Friday-Sunday, 10am-8pm)
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales data

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or direct sales experience
- Proven track record in commission-based environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile sales technologies
- Strong work ethic with self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
