Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads within the Los Angeles market.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations on weekends.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Close sales, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements directly with customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement included).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as scheduled.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a "hunter" mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
