Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients on weekends.
- Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and local market research in the Fort Worth area.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Actively promote our services within the local community to expand our market presence.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, retail management, or commission-based sales.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
- Digital Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are preferred.
