Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling and face-to-face outreach in the El Paso community.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet weekly and monthly revenue quotas.
- Manage a high volume of leads and accurately update CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses and consumers.
- Travel to client locations and attend weekend sales events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or retail management.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Reside within or willing to commute to the El Paso, TX area.
