Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Identify and qualify new business leads within the Columbus metropolitan area.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
- Complete administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or direct sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
