Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound channels during weekend shifts.
- Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately within the designated weekend window.
- Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working weekends (Saturday & Sunday) without supervision.
- Proficient with computer systems and standard CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
