Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to identify and qualify new leads within the B2B sector.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Deal Closing: Navigate the sales pipeline effectively to close deals, ensuring a high conversion rate from lead to revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot, tracking all interactions and pipeline metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and with product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance data to forecast future revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a strong plus.
- Resilience: A 'hunter' mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated by targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
- San Antonio Location: Must be willing to work from our San Antonio, TX office (Hybrid available).
