Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly sales goals while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and inventory rotation
- Participate in store operations including stock replenishment and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse customer bases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transaction processing
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
