Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with key decision-makers across Boston's tech sector
- Present product solutions through customized demos and ROI-driven proposals
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and qualify new leads in assigned regions
- Track and report sales activities using Salesforce CRM with 100% data accuracy
- Attend industry events and trade shows to maximize brand visibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience in Boston's competitive market
- Documented success achieving/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Deep knowledge of Boston's tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
