Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively sell SaaS solutions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets with average $200K+ pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Present compelling product demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach/Gong)
