- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with consistent pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- BA/BS or equivalent sales certification preferred
