Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term revenue growth
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate CRM data

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
