Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via personalized demos
- Manage full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity documentation
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
