Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present SaaS solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Exceed monthly revenue targets ($150K+ quota)
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization
- Maintain 80+ CRM activity weekly
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
- Attend quarterly sales conferences (all-expenses-paid)
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce/HubSpot CRM
- Strong presentation and objection handling skills
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work in the US
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
