Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting product solutions and overcoming objections
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Accurately update and manage CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility

Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and value proposition development
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
