Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and purchase intent.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Overcome objections and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
- Manage and update CRM records accurately to track sales pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target audiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High level of resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
