Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for local market growth.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
