Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients within the Fort Worth territory.
- Conduct high-value product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report on progress to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
