Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized follow-ups and CRM management
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and merchandising
- Conduct market research to identify local sales opportunities and competitor insights
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail shifts as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in retail or B2B environments
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with sales data interpretation
- Valid Oregon driver's license for local client visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
