Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify inbound leads through our CRM system and targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise-level clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting in Salesforce
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive account management
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
