Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in the El Paso area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (or equivalent drive).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
