Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively contact qualified leads via phone and email to introduce our premium services and generate interest.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and secure sales within a high-volume, high-turnover environment.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within our CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the wider team to share market insights and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional tone.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
