Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify high-intent leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present compelling solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Close deals over the phone with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings to share wins, strategies, and motivate the group.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Sales (Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by financial growth.
