- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive innovation strategies
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for AI and automation implementation
- Mentor R&D teams in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product roadmaps post-2025
