Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures for high-traffic enterprise environments.
- AI Integration: Lead the technical strategy for integrating generative AI and machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Cloud Strategy: Define and execute cloud migration strategies and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- DevOps: Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
