Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Spearhead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-AI systems capable of solving complex computational problems intractable for classical computers.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for Nebula Horizon, aligning AI advancements with quantum hardware evolution to prepare for the 2026 market shift.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and deep technical excellence.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models optimized specifically for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with quantum physicists and software developers to integrate quantum algorithms into scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum computing standards and AI regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Quantum Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and a deep understanding of quantum algorithms (QAOA, Grover's).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
