Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, ML, and cloud engineering roles using advanced sourcing strategies and niche platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO campaigns optimizing job listings, career pages, and employer branding content
- Analyze SEO performance metrics (SERP rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates) to refine recruitment marketing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define role requirements and build talent pipelines for emerging tech domains
- Design SEO-optimized job descriptions and career content that attract passive candidates and enhance candidate experience
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to automate recruitment workflows while maintaining personalized candidate engagement
- Conduct market research on compensation trends and competitor recruitment strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success placing AI/ML, DevOps, or cybersecurity specialists
- Expertise in SEO fundamentals with demonstrable experience improving organic search visibility for recruitment content
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and applicant tracking systems (Lever, Greenhouse)
