Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier engineering, data science, and product talent.
- Future Skills Analysis: Identify emerging technical skills and trends required for 2026 and adapt sourcing methodologies accordingly.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from building a diverse talent pipeline to closing offers and onboarding.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with C-level executives and hiring managers to understand long-term organizational needs and build 'dream teams'.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Actively represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences, hackathons, and tech meetups to enhance our employer brand.
- Process Optimization: Utilize data and market insights to continuously refine our recruiting processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within SaaS, AI, or FinTech sectors.
- Track Record: Proven history of successfully closing senior-level engineering and product roles.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including proficiency in React, Python, Node.js, or AI/ML frameworks.
- Network: Extensive network of active and passive candidates across the US tech ecosystem.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ATS Mastery: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
