Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 workforce strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on scalability, agility, and future-proofing.
- Future Technology Integration: Lead the integration of AI, automation, and advanced collaboration tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Cultural Transformation: Design and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive, innovative, and resilient culture capable of navigating the disruptions of the next few years.
- Policy Design: Create forward-thinking policies regarding remote work, talent acquisition, and internal mobility that prepare the organization for 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align workforce strategies with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Change Management: Spearhead change management programs to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or digital transformation phases.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze workforce data and trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in HR strategy, organizational development, or business strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HR technology stacks, AI applications in HR, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of managing organizational change and navigating complex business environments.
- Remote Work Expertise: First-hand experience designing and managing successful remote and hybrid work models.
