Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages using SEO best practices (keyword research, meta tags, schema markup)
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche technical platforms with personalized outreach
- Analyze recruitment funnels and SEO performance metrics to drive continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align employer branding initiatives with SEO objectives
- Implement A/B testing for job postings and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Stay current with emerging recruitment technologies and SEO algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years combined experience in technical recruitment and SEO/SEM
- Proven expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (coding languages, cloud platforms, agile methodologies)
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot SEO preferred
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO campaigns for recruitment or B2B tech companies
