- Collaborate with engineering leads to define future skill requirements for 2026 tech landscape
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position QuantumLeap as the destination for future tech talent
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline development to offer negotiation
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, ML, AR/VR) and associated skill requirements
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles
- Experience developing employer branding strategies for tech innovation roles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Track record of building diverse technical teams in fast-paced environments
