Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing roles
- Expertise in candidate assessment frameworks and technical interview methodologies
- Proven track record of hiring for emerging technologies (2026+ roadmap)
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Greenhouse
- Deep understanding of developer ecosystems and technical skill matrices
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certification in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition preferred
