Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing roles
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced Boolean operators
- Proven track record placing candidates in emerging tech domains
- Familiarity with recruitment automation tools (SeekOut, HireVue, Eightfold)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends and skill requirements
- Experience with DEI-focused recruitment initiatives
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
